RTS Verification Service

The hardest Part of working on your own is actually coming up with what to work on. Since I wanted to actually code tonight or review code, I copied my CampusMessenger Application and I'm building out the RTS Verification Service tonight. I got it done enough to Compile. Most of it is just gutting the CampusMessenger application down to the lines where it is doing the Calls to the RTS . Should be 2 more days of work at night. Maybe I'll finally win that QTRly award. Seems like the deployment team owns that. If I have time, Tomorrow, I'll starting Posting my new Development Ideas online so I can quickly pull them up. Also need to get some more personal stuff on my site. Don't want it to go too long before I start back on that. Especially with the Sharepoint 2007 class coming up soon. Performance Review Time!

Its  Performance Time ! Over the past 20+ years, I've both gotten performance reviews and given them in many of them too.  As a manager, it’s something you do once per year. Sure, you might do quarterly reviews or semi-annual reviews to make sure associates are on track but everyone cares about the annual review.  They are stressful for both the associate and the manager.  Everyone asks, why I didn't exceed my goals and/or how does this impact my merit increase. Managers have to make extremely tough decision to do what is best both for the organization as well as to meet the budget guidelines we are given. I’d first like to ask the question, do most people even like getting their performance review?  I suspect not.  I’m guessing most would just like to hear the merit increase and move forward. Why? Create your first Windows 10 IoT background app using Visual Studio 2017: Step by step guide Recently, I went as a Sponsor to a .NET Code Camp and one of the raffle prizes we brought was a Raspberry Pi kit.   I was amazed at how many people wanted this device and many of them said they already had them.   They are fairly inexpensive and can be found on a lot of websites.   A few have a lot of capabilities but for this example, you just need a very basic one. I had picked up a Raspberry Pi soon after you could deploy Windows 10 on it and I’ve been slowly playing with it.
